Located in the basement of the Athenaeum complex which dates back to 1894. There are lots of cubbyhole rooms usually used for meetings and banquets and a large outdoor biergarten (perhaps the best in all of Indiana) with band shell in back that is busy all summer. Live music Wednesdays through Saturday. Indeed, there are balls, festivals, and virtually every holiday demands dancing and drinking. Hey, it's German! Even in the winter you'll find something going on.
