An interesting story. Two combat fighter pilots meet in the Air National Guard in Fort Wayne, the Blacksnakes. One is an avid homebrewer, the other likes beer a lot. They open a brewery in South Bend, the second air-themed brewery in Indiana. They name it NINE G because that's the most strain a F-16 pilot can put on his body.

| Bitchin Betty |
Citrus Wheat beer. "Light hop and citrus aromas, and the high carbonation and wheat tartness guide you to a zippy citrus finish. Garnish Bitchin' Betty with a slice of lemon or orange to compliment the citrus aromas and flavors. Enjoy with all kinds of green salads, mild fish and other seafood, breads, pizza, brunch foods, or by itself." |

| Wingman |
Amber Ale. "Well-balanced, medium-bodied, easy-drinking craft brew. It starts with superb hop aromas, is followed by enjoyable sweet malt and caramel flavors, and ends in a smooth, balanced finish. Enjoy this versatile brew with your favorite barbecue, fried chicken, steak, an overloaded burger, or by itself." |
|
| Blacksnake |
Porter. "The sweet aroma holds hints of roasted malts, and chocolate is noticeable. This fine craft brew is absolutely silky. It has chocolate and toffee flavors that are accented by hints of coffee. A clean, smooth finish leaves you wanting more. Enjoy Blacksnake Porter with steaks, slow cooked barbecue, pulled pork, and hams. It is also outstanding with fruit deserts and ice cream. It is a perfect companion for anything chocolate and is extraordinarily enjoyable by itself." |

| Infidel |
Imperial IPA. "Generous portions of malt and sinful amounts of hops. You have in your hand the anti-Christ of the macro-beer. If you are a disciple of the watery yellow fizzy stuff, put this fine craft brew down and step away. You are not suitably prepared for the Infidel experience. If think you are ready, enjoy it with spicy foods such as Curry, Creole, Cajun, or hot chili. Infidel also goes great with meats (especially spiced-up or blackened) and burgers. You can also enjoy it by itself, but be vigilant; because in the morning when you say, "The devil made me do it!" he'll be long gone, and you'll be the one on the hook." |
