Goodbye Walkabout! Hello Idle at Flat12 Bierwerks! Starting Dec. 20 through the end of the year Flat12 will offer 4 variants of Walkabout IPA with Galaxy hops.  On tap while it lasts is Classic Walkabout, Imperial Walkabout, Bourbon Barrel Aged Walkabout, & Sour Walkabout.   They say Galaxy is hard to get so new Idle IPA is introduced with Magnum, Cascade Centennial with Amarillo and Cascade as the dry hop for burst of flavor. 

 Gift Cards & Club memberships make great “last minute” gift ideas for the beer lover!   Upland reminds us that their Mug Club with specials, points, and parties is $65, while the (not so secret, really) Secret Barrel Society with a ticket to Sour, Wild, Funk Fest, and special tasting dinner and first access to   special beers is $200.   Upland has gift packs of Sours, too!  YOUR local brewpub likely has gift cards, Crowlers, Growlers, Howlers, and other items 

Winterfest has Exclusive Specialties Session on Feb. 1, 6-10 pm, with rare beers like GABF & World Beer Cup winner Kill the Lights from The Tap Beer Co. with BBL aged version pouring!  $75 for the Friday Night event, $110 for both Friday AND Saturday festival.   Over 61 breweries pour on Saturday with the 1-day General Admission Ticket only $40. The fest from the Brewers of Indiana Guild supports Indiana through breweries and local charities!  A great gift that keeps giving! 

ABInbev, looks at THC & CBD drinks!  The  makers of top selling Bud Light & owners of the largest collection of top selling craft breweries, has joined partnership with a Canadian firm, Tilray, to research non-alcoholic beverages containing THC and cannabidiol (CBD).  Their Labatt’s Canadian brewery formed the alliance. â€śLabatt is committed to staying ahead of emerging consumer trends.” said Kyle Norrington, Labatt Breweries  President, in a Press Release.
