Dec. 31. Monday, UPLAND SO BRO, 4842 N College Ave, Indianapolis, will expand after completing  renovations this past summer.  The combined space will offer food and life music while the bar area renovation means all regular Upland beers are on tap plus seasonals.  The food menu will not only be Midwest specials but the cafe will open in the morning for the locals.

Feb. 16, 2019, 1:30 pm, Centerpoint Brewing, 1125 E Brookside, Indianapolis, Frigid Digits Outdoor beer fest; 20+ breweries.

Nov. 21  Wednesday, Indiana City Brewing, 24 Shelby St, Indianapolis,  released Cratchit’s Winter Olde Ale.  Cratchit’s is a warming beer brewed with English Marris Otter along with rich specialty malts then spiced with freshly cracked allspice and whole cinnamon sticks.

Nov. 23, Friday until ? (see website), Brewers of Indiana Guild has big discounts on tickets on 3-pack for the next 3 beer festivals.

Nov. 23, Friday, starting 10 am, Flat 12 Bierwerks, 414 N. Dorman St., Indianapolis,  PINKO Russian Imperial Stout tapping – THIRTEEN varients  + bomber release!  Bombers:  Death Bear 2018 aged in Wild Turkey bourbon barrels; Bonus cup 2018  infused with Tinker coffee; Nikolai 2018 infused with hazelnut; Wastelands of Malibu 2018 infused with coconut.

Nov. 23, Friday, Wabash Brewing,  5328 W 79th St, Indianapolis, will release Bourbon Barrel Imperial American Brown Ale  a double of the Baconface brown that has been resting in bourbon barrels

Nov. 23, Friday, Orbit Bloomington,107 N. College, Lower Level,  the new craft beer bar with arcade,   taps Bourbon County

Nov. 23, Friday, Kahn’s Fine Wines superstore, 9 am, 5341 N Keystone Ave, Indianapolis, Goose Island Bourbon County release: 2018 Coffee Barleywine, Bramble, Midnight Orange, Vanilla, Wheatwine + limited 2017

Nov. 23, Friday, Rock Bottom Indy has happy hour with one “beer of the day” at $3 a pint. I can say the last time I had their barrel aged barleywine in a 10oz (THAT will not be the BOD) it was yummy.
