Raging mad brewer files lawsuit against state over beer label. Flying Dog’s Raging Bitch isn’t welcome in Michigan. “The state isn’t preventing free speech, but preventing the sale of beer with that particular label. Selling beer is not exactly the focal point of the First Amendment”. Ohio may raise the 12% ABV limit on beer at Hoppin’ Frog’s request. article
