Paul Edwards points out “There’s a parade on the 12th that will have Mass Ave closed off from College to Michigan St, along with parts of Michigan St (west of the Mass Ave intersection), and Meridian St will be partially blocked. So will Pennsylvania. So don’t try to get to Sun King from the north side of Indy by coming down College, or Meridian or Pennsylvania.
